Founder and Managing Director
Karim Manga founded Mangas Circles with a straightforward conviction: that fiduciary work deserves the same seniority, discretion and personal accountability that clients expect from their lawyers and bankers.
Drawing on many years in finance and corporate administration, he leads every mandate personally and advises in English, German, French and Italian. Where a matter calls for a specialist — a notary, a tax lawyer, a licensed trustee — he coordinates it so that you retain a single point of contact.

What exactly is a Swiss fiduciary company?
A fiduciary (Treuhand) company provides accounting, tax, payroll and corporate-administration services to companies and private individuals. Mangas Circles GmbH is an independent fiduciary company registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zug. We are not a bank and are not supervised by FINMA; activities requiring authorisation are carried out in cooperation with licensed partners.
Who do you work with, and is there a minimum engagement?
We serve owner-managed companies, holding and investment companies, and international private clients. There is no rigid minimum: mandates range from a single tax return or company formation to a comprehensive, ongoing fiduciary relationship.
How are your fees structured?
Recurring services such as accounting and payroll are typically offered at a fixed monthly or annual fee. Advisory work is billed on a time basis or at an agreed project fee. In every case you receive a written engagement letter with transparent fees before we begin.
How quickly can a Swiss company be established?
Once the documents, capital deposit and identification requirements are complete, a GmbH or AG can typically be formed and entered in the commercial register within two to three weeks. We coordinate the notary, the bank and the register on your behalf.
How do you protect confidentiality?
All information is handled under Swiss professional confidentiality and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Access is limited to those working on your mandate, communications are encrypted, and documents are stored securely in Switzerland.
Can you handle cross-border matters?
Yes. Many of our clients have interests in more than one country. We advise on the Swiss dimension and coordinate with qualified advisers abroad where necessary, so that you retain one point of contact.
